Yes. Our house flavors are available across the cake collection, with no additional charge for your flavor choice.

Please order at least 3 calendar days before pickup or delivery. For example, an order for the 25th must be placed by the 22nd. Weekends count toward the lead time.

Please email contact@the-hazel-house.com with your order number and the change you would like to make. Changes depend on availability and are confirmed by email.

Pickup is at our commercial kitchen at 14676 NE 95th St, Redmond, WA 98052, Wednesday through Monday, 3:00–8:00 PM on weekdays and 1:00–6:00 PM on weekends. Please arrive during the 30-minute pickup window chosen with your order.

Please email contact@the-hazel-house.com with your order number and expected arrival time. We will let you know whether a later pickup can be arranged.

Keep the box level in a cool vehicle, away from direct sunlight. Carry it from underneath and avoid placing it on a sloped seat. Refrigerate your cake promptly when you arrive and keep it chilled until serving.

Yes. We deliver to much of the Seattle Eastside, Seattle and nearby communities, Wednesday through Monday. Choose Delivery in your cart and enter your ZIP code to see whether we deliver to you and the delivery fee. A delivery that includes a celebration cake also carries the Delicate Cake Handling fee. We do not offer shipping.

Wednesday through Monday, 11:00 AM–2:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM–12:00 PM on weekends, in 1-hour windows. Choose your date and window in your cart.

An order of only mini cheesecakes is delivered Wednesday through Monday during our pickup hours, 3:00–8:00 PM on weekdays and 1:00–6:00 PM on weekends, in 1-hour windows. It does not carry the Delicate Cake Handling fee.

Your whole order arrives together, in a celebration cake delivery window: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM–12:00 PM on weekends.

Our mini cheesecakes are soft, creamy desserts sized just for one, each a 3 inch round. They come in sweet, savory, and bittersweet flavors: Uji Matcha Berry, Chocolate Caramel, Salted Egg Yolk, and Coconut Latte. Visit the Mini Cheesecakes page to see each flavor.

Choose a flavor from the Mini Cheesecakes page, select your quantity, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. You can order as few as one and up to 10 of each flavor.

Choose any three of our mini cheesecakes on the 3 Box page, all one flavor or a mix, and we pack them together in one box.

For a limited time, every 3 Box comes with one free mini cheesecake. This season’s pick is Salted Egg Yolk. The offer applies to boxes only, not to mini cheesecakes ordered individually.

Yes. Add both to your cart, and your whole order will share one pickup or delivery date and window.

Our cakes and mini cheesecakes are made in a licensed commercial kitchen in Redmond on the Seattle Eastside.

Our cakes pair light chiffon with generous cream-based fillings and gentle sweetness. Sponge and fillings are made in-house, with each recipe developed for a balanced flavor and a soft, satisfying bite. Visit the Flavors page for individual descriptions and components.

Please email us before ordering to discuss the ingredients in a particular cake or mini cheesecake. We work in a shared commercial kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Plant-based and gluten-free options are not currently available.

A cake’s price depends on your chosen design and size, plus any separately priced options shown when ordering. House flavor choices are included. Your cake total is shown before you add it to your cart. Each mini cheesecake and box has one set price, shown on its page.

Payment is required in full at checkout.

To cancel, please email contact@the-hazel-house.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Include your order number.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because every cake and mini cheesecake is made to order and perishable, all sales are final once your order has been picked up or delivered.
